This advanced one day course is for advisers who have at least
Basic Debt Counselling knowledge and are already dealing with
multiple debt cases. It offers the opportunity to look in
detail at bankruptcy, its effects and alternatives.

- discharge from bankruptcy and its effects

- Duties and powers of the trustee and official receiver
