FURTHER PROCEDURES

Who the course is for: This module is aimed at
those who already have basic knowledge of County Court procedure
for money claims (e.g. by attending County Court Module I) and
who wish to extend their knowledge to include other areas of
County Court procedure.

- To extend participants' knowledge of County Court procedures
Course Content:
- Administration Orders, including completion of form N92
- Setting Judgments aside
- HP debt and responding to CCA/fixed-date claim
