What is the E-Learning Resource (ELR)?
The ELR is an Internet based learning, on-the-job support and communications resource which is being developed by the Money Advice Trust for money advisers working in its Partner Agencies1. The ELR aims to promote excellence in the quality of money advice across the board through the provision of a range of high quality money advice learning opportunities, improved learning management systems and facilitating of improved communication and information across the sector.
The ELR will embrace learning in its widest sense and will provide news, information and communications facilities as well as on-the-job support and training, interactive on-line learning and resources for continuing professional development. It will act as a gateway through which advisers can access the entire MAT learning programme, whether classroom or computer based, and will provide a platform from which advisers can plan their own learning and development.
