Booking Procedure: If you wish to book a place on a course, please complete and return the attached booking form. There is no need to send any money with the booking form. Upon receipt of your booking, we will invoice you and send joining instructions, details of hotels etc.

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of issue or by the date of the course, whichever is the earlier. Should this cause any difficulties, for example in the case of a late booking, please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Cancellation Charges: We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient participants booked on it. A decision on the viability of a course will normally be taken between 2 and 3 weeks before the course date and you will be notified as soon as possible of any decision to cancel. If we cancel a course, we will either refund any monies paid together with a credit note or transfer your place to another course of your choice.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the course on which you have booked, the following cancellation provisions will apply: up to 4 weeks before course date - no charge - a full refund will be made to you of any monies already paid: 1 week up to 1 month before the course date - 50% of the course fee will be payable, 50% will be refunded to you: 1 week or less before the course date - the full fee will be payable, no refund will be made. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.

However, if you are unable to attend a course, for example, due to ill health but wish to transfer to a later date this can be arranged free of charge. Please note that the invoice will be due and payable as originally issued. We will, however, issue a letter confirming the course to which you have been transferred.
