ADVANCED BAILIFFS

Who the course is for: This course builds upon the basic introduction to bailiffs given in the Bailiffs course.

Aims:

  • To provide participants with a more in-depth and complex understanding of problems arising from bailiffs' law and practice

  • Examination of case examples with consideration of both the theoretical issues raised and the practical solutions available
  • The human rights aspects of bailiffs' law
  • Entry, seizure, exempt goods, fees
  • Complaints mechanisms
