BAILIFFS

Who the course is for: Aimed at participants with at least basic debt counselling knowledge and experience of multiple debt cases, this course looks in detail at the important and complex subject of bailiffs.

Aims:

  • To provide an understanding of general principles of bailiff law
  • To develop the ability to give detailed advice in the different areas of debt where bailiff enforcement may be encountered
