Who the course is for: This course is aimed at advisers with basic skills at dealing with mortgage arrears who wish to develop the expertise necessary to enable them to advise and represent clients in relation to mortgage possession hearings.

Aims:

To enable participants to:
  • Advise on mortgage possession procedure in the County Court
  • Identify appropriate strategies and tactics for representation at mortgage possession hearings
