DEBT COUNSELLING MODULES III DEBT ADVICE IN A CRISIS
Who the course is for: A one day course for advisers with at least basic
money advice knowledge (attendance on Modules I and II or similar). The course will look
at priority debts in some detail and how to respond effectively to immediate threats to
basic services.

- Court appearances at short notice
- Threat of imprisonment
- Threat of fuel disconnection
- Postponing credit debt sanctions
- Harassment by creditors and debt collectors
- Crisis avoidance better than cure
